Once your site has gone live, we provide technical and troubleshooting support free of charge for 90 days. Beyond this warranty period, we can provide support for your website for a fixed annual fee or you can pay by the hour as required.
Fees:
90 day technical support and bug fixing FOC
Followed by:
Primary technical and troubleshooting telephone support for nominated admin user £75 per month
Secondary support for additional web users £30 per month
or:
Ad-hoc technical support at a rate of £60 per hour
